“Premier fails to address core issues that stifle education”

  • No plans for learners affected by school closures if their new schools are not within walking distance
  • Measuring pass rate to determine the state of education is an absolute folly
  • Top slicing of teacher posts available in the province in order to allocate approximately 5% additional posts to poorer schools
