NO BHISHO CASH FOR TRADITIONAL COUNCILS

Thousands of candidates nominated and elected to serve on Eastern Cape traditional councils have yet to take office four months after being elected, amid claims of financial constraints.

The DA’s Veliswa Mvenya said it was shocking that the department blamed administrative glitches.
