LAWLESSNESS IN ROCKLANDS CAUSED BY INEPT OFFICIALS

The ongoing incidents of tyre-burning and lawlessness by residents in Rocklands are as a result of the insufficiency and ineptness of officials of the Nelson Mandela Metro and of the provincial department of housing. It is hardly surprising that the anger of disenfranchised residents have spilt into the streets. The housing delays in Ward 45 have been an ongoing problem, which seems to be ignored by the ANC-led municipality.
